Hatha yoga is an ideal exercise for everyone who want to stretch their bodies, free their minds and relax from everyday stress. The main purpose of the classes is to teach individual poses (asanas), breathing exercise (pranayama) and relaxation. Combination of the three elements forms a harmonious exercise thanks to which you forget the world around you and concentrate just on yourself.

If classes of fashionable exercising styles of today do not fit you, vote for the thousands of years of tradition yoga has. Hatha yoga is variable; the classes can be modified to fit the needs and health conditions of participants. It is also a great supplement of cardio exercises. What to bring to a hatha yoga class?

It is recommended to have a comfortable outfit that does not limit your movements. We exercise barefooted, on special yoga mats. You can borrow them for free in our studio or choose yours from the wide offer in our e-shop.
