Yoga for parents and children

Both the parent and the child actively practice yoga during those classes. Children learn the easy postures with the help of songs and rhymes. Senior yoga

Those classes are especially designed for seniors. They are conducted by an experienced yoga teacher who takes in consideration the health state of each practitioner. Classes are conducted in a slow pace with a pleasant relaxation at the end. You will not only stretch your body but also have the opportunity to meet new friends. More info

Gravid jóga

The gravid yoga classes are conducted in an easy pace. During those classes the mum to be explores her own body and learns how to tune in to her baby. Expectant mums stretch the whole body, gently strengthen the strained muscles and learn how to breathe properly.More info

Před půl rokem mně začala ochrnovat levá ruka, musela jsem se podrobit operaci úžinového syndromu /karpální tunel/. Po operaci došlo postupně ke zkrácení šlachy ohýbače posledního článku palce, takže jsem mohla palec narovnat jen za cenu bolestivého lupnutí v kloubu. Během cvičení jógy došlo k pozvolnému protažení zkrácené šlachy. Takže po 2 měsících je ruka opět zcela funkční. Pokračovat
